Pancom Property AS the buyer 100 % of the shares in Horten Hotels Property AS from Norlandia Property AS. The property currently houses the hotels Horten Budget Hotel and Hotel Horten, which is a Thon Partner Hotel. The hotels is located in the Horten harbour in the Oslo fjord.
Adolfsen Group goes into becoming a shareholder in Pancom AS through the targeted placement of approx. 75 Million. Furthermore, the buyer Adolfsen Group up to a little over 25% in the regional construction and eiendomskonsernet based in Grenlands region.
