Pancom Property AS the buyer 100 % of the shares in Horten Hotels Property AS from Norlandia Property AS. The property currently houses the hotels Horten Budget Hotel and Hotel Horten, which is a Thon Partner Hotel. The hotels is located in the Horten harbour in the Oslo fjord.
Adolfsen Group goes into becoming a shareholder in Pancom AS through the targeted placement of approx. 75 Million. Furthermore, the buyer Adolfsen Group up to a little over 25% in the regional construction and eiendomskonsernet based in Grenlands region.
Pancom Property AS an additional investment of commercial real estate in san francisco, now with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the Understanding of Property AS an office building with unique profileringsmuligheter.
Det nye entreprenørselskapet, som vil bli majoritetseiet av Pancom AS, vil være et av de ledende entreprenørselskapene i Telemark/Vestfold, med virksomhet over hele Sørøst Norge.
Pancom AS har siden 2013 hatt en spennende satsning innen entreprenør-bransjen, og har den senere tid etablert seg som en sterk aktør i vår region.
Til tross for utfordringer knyttet til pandemien, som har berørt flere av bransjene Pancom AS er eksponert i, har 2020 vært et meget sterkt år for Pancom AS.
